    My story started off sweeet and soft, but ended up a nightmare!!! SO I’M WARNING EVERYONE THAT I CAN NOT TO BUY FROM SOFT SURROUNDING’S OUTLET STORE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY MORE THAN FULL PRICE!! My story began after I had purchased from the online store. I got a nice, soft gift certificate to get $10 off when I ordered from the outlet store. I ordered 2 items. The pants came in as defective so I called to see what to do. They said they’d replace them and I didn’t have to pay to send them back as they were indeed defective. I heard nothing and got nothing returned for weeks. Finally I saw on my credit card bill a very tiny credit from Soft Surroundings. I called to see what was up. They said they no longer had the pants so they charged me to return them and then took back the credit they had given me. Now they left me with the one item that I end up paying over twice the price for and way more than if I had bought it before the outlet sold it, plus extra in shipping! What a rip off!! I told them to remove me from mailings and emails, or else I’d start writing and warning people, and they haven’t responded to my emails or requests, so it begins…WARNINGS!!
