Almost 15 years ago, when Soft Surroundings was conceived, our core intention was to provide a certain amount of comfort along with the style of our clothing and bedding. The Clouds and their ranking numbers indicate the level of softness you can expect. If fabric is going to touch your skin, we want it to make you feel good, to provide a soft, sensory experience. We create fabrics to the softness we require.

    To Whom It May Concern: I just received my order of a Posh Velvet Coat #22035 from Soft Surroundings Outlet and I ordered a size Large which I had previously tried on at your Brentwood, Mo store. At the store the coat fit perfectly and the quality was great and at that time it was $165. Today March 6, 2013 I just opened the coat from Soft Surroundings Outlet at the reduced price of $109.99 and was very disappointed that I couldn’t even get it on as the shoulders are very small and not the quality of the same coat I tried on in the store. The store coat was heavier and I really should have purchased it in the store. Evidently, the outlet merchandise is not the same quality as in store and that is very sad due to all the trouble of sending the merchandise back. I am very disappointed as I had plans to wear it soon to an event. You need to check out the outlet quality control versus in-store merchandise so when you have orders it is the same merchandise. Please respond.

    I just received the La Jolla Skirt I ordered and I am extremely pleased…it is the perfect size and over all is exactly what I wanted. I ordered the petite medium and it fits like it was personally made for me. Also, it is very comfortable. I already had a top like pictured and brown boots. I added a silver necklace and earrings and Viola! Now,I should get rave reviews at my 70th B-Day party 🙂 THANKS!

    Love your store and have told several friends abut it here in SA and to a friend who visits Kansas City. I am offended by OMG used in your current email. The use of that is not a trivial matter to me and I am sure to others. Just because it is used in the current pop culture doesn’t make it right.     I have been going to your store since it opened in San Antonio, TX (La Cantera). San Antonio, TX is a military town and I asked if your store gave military discount and you don’t. If I may maybe you could consider giving it on special occasions? I won’t stop shopping if you decide not to, but it does not hurt to ask. Thank you for the wonderful clothes.
