    I can’t find your supposed “live chat.” You say it can be accessed in the bottom left hand side, but it doesn’t exist. I have just ordered a beautiful for my best friend, who is in Stage Four lymphoma. This gift is very special to my heart and she simply must get it before Christmas. Anyhow, I saw no place on you order form to place her address. Must have just completely missed it. I have called your customer service and they cannot help me at all. Can you please help me? I’ve not received an order confirmation email, nor do I have an Order Number. I’m sorry for being emotional, which I would normally not be, but my best friend is gonna die soon and this means so much to me and hopefully will be of some comfort to Judy. Cat Bay 281.388.1313

    It is very rare to find an online company with extraordinary customer service. At “Soft Surroundings”, I was able to connect and speak to a customer service representative who was courteous and professional and solve my problem promptly. She followed up with a hand written postcard in the mail thanking me for allowing her to work with me. It was not a form letter, but addressed the issue, merchandise, and expressed thanks for my business. First Class!

    Please take me off your email list! When I click on “Opt out,” it takes me to your home page. When I click on “Change your email preferences,” it takes me to your home page. Your way-too-frequent emails and terrible “Unsubscribe” set-up have totally turned me off.
